Yes! You can keep your existing phone number. To transfer (or “port”) your phone number over to VETERAN MOBILE, we would need your current carrier’s account number and the pin number. Just make sure to not cancel your service with your current carrier until you are successfully switched over to VETERAN MOBILE.

It’s simple! Follow these four steps:

  1. Perform the applicable checks (check coverage)
  2. Sign up with Veteran Mobile
  3. Wait for your new sim card to arrive (typically 4-6 business days)
  4. If your phone has eSim capability, then your QR code will be emailed to you on the same day.
  5. Activate your phone & then you’re all set!

Either dial *#06# on your dial pad, or go to your settings app scroll down to the bottom and click on About Phone. You will find it there.

Go to the Grand Launch sign up tab and follow the steps.

For the first 1000 subscribers, the CEO and Co-Founder of Veteran Mobile (Bill Rogers) or Senior VP Co-Founder (Dean Corbitt) will email you to schedule the best time to call you and personally welcome you To Veteran Mobile and discuss which service plan is best for you.

After you have signed up with Veteran Mobile and received your delivery, call our support team for assistance. 800-931-1445.

If you want to return or exchange a device, please call the Member Services Department at 800-931-1445 to initiate the return process. The return policy is valid for 12 days from the day the device is delivered.
Once you have received your return label via email, please restore the device to factory reset and remove any SIM/memory cards
