Absolutely! You can transfer your current phone number to Veteran Mobile. We'll need your current carrier’s account number and PIN. Just be sure not to cancel your service with them until the transfer is complete.

What is the return or exchange process for a device bought from Veteran Mobile?

To return or exchange a device, call our Member Services at 800-931-1445 to start the process. You have 12 days from the delivery date to return the device. Once you receive your return label via email, please reset the device to factory settings and remove any SIM/memory cards.

Either dial *#06# on your dial pad, or go to your settings app scroll down to the bottom and click on About Phone. You will find it there.

Getting started is easy! 1. Fill out the Pre-Sign Up form and call 611 for important info. 2. Choose a plan that fits your budget. 3. Wait for your new SIM card to arrive (usually 4-6 business days). 4. If your phone supports eSIM, we'll email your QR code the same day. 5. Call our Customer Service to activate your phone.
